Technology is moving fast, and skills open the doors. Many young people in Adamawa are ready and willing, but have never had the training, the mentorship, or the connections. HTF exists to close that gap, and to keep supporting them long after the training ends.

Cohort 1 is the first intensive fellowship, and the heart of Haske.
Cohort 1 runs after the summit. Young people apply, and we select 30 fellows to start, with room for 50 as support allows. Fellows learn, practise, build and get feedback across four weeks, guided by mentors and people working in tech.
